1. The Free plan
The Free plan never charges you, so there’s nothing to refund. You can use it for as long as you like with no card on file.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not happy with ShiftTrack Pro, request a full refund within 14 days of the charge — whether it’s your first Pro payment or a renewal — and we’ll refund it in full, no hard questions.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@shifttrack.app from your account email with the word “refund” and the date you were charged. We aim to process approved refunds within a few business days, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
4. Canceling Pro
- Cancel anytime from your account settings — or just email us.
- You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then drop to the Free plan.
- There are no further charges after you cancel.
- Your jobs, shifts, and pay history stay in your account. Records beyond the Free limits become read-only until you upgrade again — nothing is deleted.
5. Automatic renewals
Pro renews automatically — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose — until you cancel. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to each charge, including renewals, so you’re always covered for two weeks after any payment.
6. After the 14 days
Outside the 14-day window we don’t offer pro-rated refunds for the current period, but you can cancel at any time to avoid being charged again.
7. Exceptions
We may decline a refund where we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent or abuses this policy. This policy doesn’t limit any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws where you live.
